When you decide to register a company in Malaysia, you will need a job in the company to complete the process of registering a company. To continue with the company registration process, your company secretary will need the following documents or information from you.

• New company name.
• Business activities of the new company.
• At least 1 director and 1 shareholder identification card (Malaysian) or passport (pages).
• All directors and resident and e-mail addresses of the owner.
• Structure of shareholders.

Upon receipt of the above documents, the company secretary will provide the name of the Reserve Application to SSM Malaysia by the S&F Consulting Firm approval system to use the name in the new company. Upon approval of the new company name, after obtaining approval by SSM, the company secretary will prepare the registry documents.
